Game Design Document

Before starting to build the project I put together a 2 page GDD to give the team some game pillars and guidelines on what we were aiming for.

There were some slight changes to the GDD throughout the development but we stayed as close to the original as possible.

My Role In The Project

There were 2 designers, 1 programmer and 3 artists involved in the development.

With the other designer focusing on Level Design, I was in charge of all technical design and worked closely with the programmer to make efficient mechanics, that also gave good feedback to the player.

I made around 80% of all blueprints which includes all weapons, shooting and movement mechanics.

I was responsible for 90% of the sound effects in the game.

I learned some C++ scripting during development.

Here are some images of my blueprints from the project.
